(last updated 10/18/2021)

We welcome submissions to the National Extension Tourism (NET) Resource Library! All submissions to the Resource Library should be entered via the online submission form.

If you are unable to use the form, the following information should be submitted via email to krd111@psu.edu:
name of resource, brief description (500 character limit), list of all authors, URL where it can be found, keywords/tags, and contact information for the person submitting it.

Resource submissions from Land Grant, Sea Grant, and state, federal, and tribal partners that meet the following criteria will receive full consideration:

  • The resource deals with an issue that is significant to the National Extension Tourism community.
    • This can include but is not limited to: agritourism, cultural-heritage tourism, DEI, economic and rural development, nature-based tourism, outdoor recreation, gateway communities, sustainable tourism.
  • The resource shares knowledge (information or guidance) on a topic that is relevant to the NET community.
    • Examples of materials that meet this requirement include curricula, case studies, webinar recordings, fact sheets, published research, and online courses.
  • The resource is open to all. If accessing it requires a log-in or account set-up, this should be noted in the submission form.

Resources submitted will be subject to timely review by the National Extension Tourism Design Team or a designated representative. Those that are approved will be added to the online resource library and a link will be shared with the person who submitted it. If the Design Team representative(s) have questions or concerns about the resource, they will attempt to resolve these with the submitting party before rejecting the resource.
